Does it mean that a high dosage of HGH for bodybuilding targets will give you absolutely no anti-aging effects? Absolutely no. If you just took that 20 grams of HGH an hour before or during your workout and put it straight into your muscle tissue, it would cause some growth, some lean muscle tissue, but definitely would not be anti-aging.
